The Grip Pod® System itself was developed in 2003. The company, however, was founded in June of 2005 for the purpose of further developing and marketing a revolutionary vertical “forward grip bipod”TM for the M-4 / AR15 / M-16 rifles for military, law enforcement, and recreational sporting markets. The Company’s multi-patented Grip Pod ® “AUTOMATICALLY DEPLOYS A STRONG STABLE BIPOD AT THE PUSH OF A BUTTON”. Since its creation, the United States military forces have adopted the Grip Pod ® as standard issue for both combat and support personnel.
